Dear Customers,

Refund policy

We do not accept any returns on goods sold. In case of any damage to products on shipping or for any quality defects on products such as bends, tears, or color mismatch, returns may be accepted if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery of the item.

If the refund claim is accepted then you will receive your money back in 10-14 working days. In most cases, our claim settlements are faster than the specified time. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@amarastationery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
