Shipping Policy

Dear Customers,

Dispatch Status: Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours (excluding weekends/holidays) after confirmation. You'll receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates: Charges are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹3000, except to north-east Indian states. Please check pin code serviceability during checkout.

Order Cancellation/Changes:

• For cancellation or changes, contact us via WhatsApp or email; requests after pickup cannot be accommodated.

• To cancel/return after pickup, ship the order back to our warehouse address listed on the shipping label.

• Refunds/exchanges are processed upon receipt at our warehouse.

• Refunds will exclude shipping charges.

• Exchanges incur additional shipping charges.
